TULSA, Okla. – Cherokee Nation 3S is joining the legal team at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. CN3S personnel will perform various litigious duties, as well as provide essential and comprehensive administrative support services for the Department of Justice agency.
CN3S, a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, will provide a team of paralegals, specialists, docketing clerks and assistants to work alongside the USACAS in its prosecutorial efforts. Work for the project will take place primarily in the San Diego, California, area throughout the next year.
The $1.2 million award is the result of a partnership agreement between CN3S, the U.S. Small Businesses Administration and the DOJ.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California is responsible for prosecuting one of the largest criminal and civil caseloads in America. It represents the second largest city in California and the sixth largest in the United States.
