TULSA, Okla. – Cherokee Nation Operational Solutions, a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, recently began providing critical medical support to patients of the San Antonio Military Health System in Texas. The tribally owned company is currently staffing certified registered nurse anesthetists at Brooke Army Medical Center, the largest military health center within the DOD.
CRNAs provide emergency and non-emergency surgical anesthesia services as well as other patient care for soldiers, veterans, their families and civilians at the San Antonio Military Medical Center.

Part of the prestigious Brooke Army Medical Center, SAMMC provides inpatient care to military service members and civilians in a 425-bed facility spanning 1.5 million square feet of state-of-the-art health care. BAMC is a MEDCOM-certified Level 1 trauma center and houses the Army Burn Center. It receives more than 80,000 emergency room visits annually.
